We exchange but do not refund
We can exchange your returned purchase with another item of equal or greater value. We do not refund.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items can be exchanged.
We do not provide refunds for purchased products. You can exchange your purchased product for another product of equal or greater value.
We are not required to provide a refun or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major promblem. This is when the item:
- has a promblem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what ou asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a resonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purcahse - e.g. your recepit
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
